This is a translation for your convenience. The data controller is based in Spain and Spanish law applies: if there is any discrepancy, the Spanish version prevails.
This is a place to find a team and teammates. To keep it a good place, we ask for little: respect, honesty and common sense.
1. The basics
- Treat everyone with respect, even when a negotiation does not work out.
- Be clear and honest about your level, your availability and what you are looking for.
- Use your own account and your own identity.
- If you are unsure whether something is allowed, it probably is not: ask us first.
2. What is not allowed
- Insults, harassment and threats, including repeated messages after someone has told you no.
- Hate and discrimination based on origin, race, sex, orientation, religion, disability or any other characteristic.
- Scams and requests for money: asking for or sending money, accounts, passwords, cards, IBANs, in-game coins or any payment details. Nobody on the team will ever ask you for them.
- Impersonation: pretending to be another player, a club, a league or the site team.
- Spam and advertising: mass messages, selling services, suspicious links or promoting other platforms.
- Other people's personal data: posting phone numbers, addresses, photos or details of other people without their permission.
- Minors at risk: asking a minor for photos or personal details, to move to another app to talk privately, or to meet in person. This is treated with particular seriousness and may be reported to the authorities.
- Illegal content of any kind, including content that incites violence or crime.
- Technical tricks: trying to get into other people's accounts, bypass limits or scrape data from the site automatically.
3. Tips to stay safe
- Never share passwords, verification codes or payment details with anyone.
- The site chat is not end-to-end encrypted and club managers can read the club's conversations. Think before sharing anything private.
- If you are under 18, do not give your address, school or phone number, and talk to a trusted adult if something worries you.
- Be wary of anyone offering “guaranteed” transfers in exchange for something, or pressing you to leave the site.
4. What happens if the rules are broken
Decisions are always made by a member of the moderation team, never by an automated system. Depending on severity and repeat behaviour, we may: warn you, delete the content, mute the chat for a while, temporarily suspend the account or, in serious cases, close it permanently. For serious crimes, or a threat to someone's life or safety, we will notify the authorities.
We will always explain what happened, which rule was broken, what measure applies and how you can appeal it. If you think we have made a mistake, reply to that message or write to us through Contact and we will review it.
5. How to report
- From within the site: use the “Report” button on a profile, a club or a message. Give the reason and, if you wish, a comment. Reports are confidential: the other person will not see who reported.
- Without an account: use the contact form and choose “Report unlawful or abusive content”, with the address (URL) of the content and an explanation.
- Emergencies: if there is immediate danger to you or someone else, call the emergency number in your country (112 across the European Union). For content involving minors, you can also contact your national police (in Spain, the Policía Nacional or the Guardia Civil).
Report in good faith: false or repeated reports made to annoy someone also break these rules. The terms of use explain in detail how we moderate and how to appeal.
