It is aimed at users across Europe (starting with the Spanish leagues) and will add more leagues and countries over time. By accessing and using the site you accept this notice and the terms of use.

2. Purpose of the site and no advertising

The site lets you create player and club profiles, post vacancies, view public league statistics and talk through an internal chat. The service is currently free of charge for users. We show no advertising and do not sell personal data to third parties. The controller may introduce paid features, subscriptions or donations; if so, we will give at least 30 days' notice in the terms of use and by email, without affecting data already processed, and will update this notice with the relevant details. Any charge will come with its own pricing information and the right of withdrawal provided by consumer law. Under-18s may not purchase paid features without the consent of their legal guardian.

3. Intellectual and industrial property

The code, design, our own texts and the organisation of the site belong to the controller or are used with permission. Content provided by users (profile descriptions, club names, messages) remains the property of its authors, who grant the site only the licence needed to display it while their account exists, as set out in the terms of use.

We do not reproduce third-party logos, images or graphic material without permission. Trademarks and trade names that appear belong to their respective owners and are mentioned for information only, to identify the game and the competitions the site refers to.

4. No affiliation with EA or the leagues

Market Pro Clubs is an independent project. It is not affiliated with, sponsored or endorsed by Electronic Arts Inc. EA SPORTS, EA SPORTS FC and their logos are trademarks of Electronic Arts Inc. 'Pro Clubs' is used descriptively to refer to the game mode.

Nor is there any affiliation with, sponsorship or endorsement by Virtual Pro Gaming (VPG), Virtual Pro Network (VPN) or any of the leagues or competitions that appear on the site. League statistics are taken from publicly accessible sources, are labelled with their origin on each profile and can be removed at any time by the player concerned from their dashboard.

5. Liability

The controller endeavours to keep the information on the site correct but does not guarantee its accuracy or continuous availability. Data imported from third parties (statistics, standings) may contain errors or delays. Users are responsible for the content they publish; the site acts as a hosting service provider and promptly removes unlawful content of which it has actual knowledge, in line with Regulation (EU) 2022/2065 (Digital Services Act, DSA).

The site may link to third-party pages (for example, the social networks users choose to show). We do not control their content and are not responsible for it.

6. Reporting unlawful content and point of contact

Anyone, with or without an account, can report content they consider unlawful using the contact form (option “Report unlawful or abusive content”). The single point of contact for users and for the authorities of the Member States is [email protected]; you can write to us in Spanish or English.

7. Governing law and jurisdiction

This notice is governed by Spanish law. For any dispute, and unless consumer law provides a mandatory different forum, the parties submit to the courts of the controller's domicile. If you are a consumer residing in another EU country, you keep the mandatory rights granted by the law of your place of residence.
